This is a watercolor painting on 140lb watercolor paper. Please include important details such as specific colors, season and important aspects of the painting in the add personalization box when ordering.

When you're ready to order, email me with your photos (custompaintings.katieflackart@gmail.com). I will work with you to make your vision happen! Please make sure to have a photo from the angle you want. You can request anything you want written under the add address option i.e. "Home Sweet Home", "The Lake", "Est. 1985", etc.
 
******If you are interested in personalizing your painting further by adding text at the bottom, a pet or people with little detail please indicate what you would like under the customize option and the add figure and/or address option (for example, if you want to add text at the bottom and a dog in the yard, you will select Add Address & 1 Figure).
